Lord Ganesha is welcomed with full masti and music. <br /> <br />NGOs, Young Environmentalists ushered in the Eco Ganesha festival in the Hyderabad. While welcoming Lord Ganesha means a lot to us, so does bidding a good bye. Keeping in mind the love for the environment, this NGO took the initiative to make Ganesha idols with Mithi river and Powai lake clay to make them eco-friendly for the city dwellers. <br /> <br /> citizens ushered in the Ganesha festival with gaiety and worship in the city, using clay. The atmosphere was electric with Ganpati Bappa Morya hymns and shouts of joy, ushered in early to welcome the Lord Ganesha in full dhamaal. The spirit of the Ganpati festival kicked in early, bonding the community with various artworks of the God. <br /> <br />Hundreds made beautiful idols of Lord Ganesha with his ” Pyara sa pet”, ” Grand Mukut', ” Avatar’ ” Modaks’ and even a beautiful welcoming ‘Trunk” for each artistic piece. Many citizens won awards for the best creations.
